Move Coordination – Sample Move Schedule

In our world the schedule is a HUGE part of making sure the process runs smoothly. We assemble our schedules early and keep them updated regularly (sometimes multiple times a day early on).

The schedule is the best way to keep everyone undated on the status of:

• What’s happening
• What’s going to happen
• Who needs to do what when

The PDF is a sample of all of the areas that we cover during a complete move. Yep, we’re showing your some of our best stuff.

We use a program called FastTrack. This is a project management program. There are others out there like Microsoft Project. The style is a Gantt chart. I believe you can even create one using Excel.

This is our preferred style and we offer this service in our paid programs.

We update this version every time we add something of importance so if this seems a little out of date that is the reason why.
