Is It Time For An Office Evaluation?

We developed this short questionnaire so that you could take an assessment of your office.  Evaluation should take no more than 20 minutes (if you take it seriously) much less if you already know the truth.

We are shocked sometimes at the level some people work in.  Granted not everyone wants to or can afford a brand new office like a Google, Facebook, Twitter – but golly – you also don’t have to live in a “slum” either.  We don’t use this term loosely but based on some of what we have seen over the years it can be pretty bad.

We get it that some companies don’t have customers or clients come into their office, so doing an evaluation and spending any money on the look or aesthetics may be very low on the to do or priority lists.  Unless you are a the only person that works in the office it’s not just you that you should be concerned with.  The office staff should enjoy coming to their office.  While their work may be challenging don’t overburden them with a feeling of dread about going into the office also.  A comfortable, well functioning, nice appearing office can do wonders for the morale of the troops.  If morale is good, productivity can increase without doing anything else.

People will feel taken care of with a nice office, they will feel better about the work they are doing and that can translate into a more helpful attitude when dealing with clients or difficult situations.

So at a minimum, take this Office Evaluation, examine areas where you can improve – the health and wealth of your company could be riding on it.
