How It Works

The Wingman is a guided program built around regular contact, expert oversight and a system that keeps your project moving forward every single week — from the first call to move day.

The Kickoff Call — Up to 1 Hour

We start with a deep dive. Your project, your timeline, your team, your concerns. We review your Move Interview Form together, establish the full scope of what's ahead and build the foundation for everything that follows. By the end of this call you'll have a clear picture of exactly what needs to happen and when.

Weekly Calls — 45 to 60 Minutes

Every week, same cadence. We review what got done, flag anything that needs attention, set goals and action items for the coming week and keep the schedule moving forward. These calls are focused and efficient — no rambling, no wasted time. Just clear direction and accountability.

Between calls you're never flying blind. You know exactly what's next.

Master Schedule — Built and Managed by IDI

We build your project schedule and own it throughout the engagement. After every weekly call an updated schedule is sent to you — print it, post it, share it with your team. Everyone stays on the same page without you having to play traffic cop.

Move My Office — Included for One Full Year

Same powerful app included in I've Got This — inventory management, personnel and space tracking, color-coded tag printing, room and office tag generation. We'll set it up and customize it for your specific project so you hit the ground running.

All Work Performed Remotely

No travel fees. No on-site charges. Everything The Wingman delivers is handled from our office — calls, schedule management, document support and guidance. All of it remote, all of it included in the flat fee.

What You Handle

The Wingman is a partnership — not a handoff. You're still running the project on the ground. That means:

• On-site coordination and contractor meetings
• Internal communications with your team
• Completing action items between weekly calls
• Managing the physical details of the move itself
