Let me share a story that perfectly illustrates how this personal approach works in the real world. Schnucks has been a loyal client for over three decades - our relationship started before IDI was founded. I was part of the team that helped build, furnish and move them into their new corporate office back in the 1990s.

Over the years, we've managed new furniture, reconfigurations, physical changes, internal moves and even carpet replacement. But one project really stands out because it included all of these activities in one project.

The client needed a major realignment of multiple people and departments. The original project was planned for a 6-week schedule that would have meant weeks of disruption, packing, unpacking, and lost productivity. Through thorough planning, detailed scheduling, and clear communication, we realigned the project and it in one weekend.

Physical work started Friday night at 5 PM and was concluded before team members arrived at 7 AM Monday morning. The project included moving 165 people, reconfiguring 75 cubicles, and replacing carpet in one department (approximately 4,700 square feet) and some updated painting of walls and offices.

This schedule saved untold hours for team members who would have otherwise had to pack and unpack several times, and it allowed the company to make a major change with virtually no disruption to productivity.

My home base is in Nixa, Missouri, and I primarily serve a 250-mile radius (covering St. Louis, Kansas City, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma),

I'm also very comfortable working outside this area, having successfully completed projects as far away as New York, Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, and other locations.
